The Firm
Aurigin Capital provides financial intermediation and consultancy / management support to clients undertaking specific investments / new ventures or a business reorganisation. The Types of Engagement we work on vary greatly.
The name “Aurigin” derives from the concepts of ‘Au’, the chemical symbol for gold, and original thinking. It is a brand rooted both in the identity of the firm’s founder, who originally hails from the former-Gold Coast and whose top school subjects included chemistry; and in what the firm stands for – notably, a unique proposition of (i) ‘gold-standard’, personalised and collaborative service together with (ii) original execution and problem-solving capability. Engage us for the “auriginal” experience.
Our pure financial intermediation service (through Aurigin Capital Limited) helps clients to source investment capital; arranges financing for their acquisitions or projects; and/or facilitates introductions to prospective investors.* Consulting or interim management (through wholly-owned subsidiary Aurigin Consulting Limited) can either complement this or be provided as a stand-alone service, dependent on your preference. Both types of service are offered across our Industry Sectors below.
Based in London, UK, the firm is ideally placed to serve the investment, restructuring or other organisational needs of European, Middle East and African clients. However, we are also willing to engage with counterparts in Asia-Pacific and the Americas.
